Privacy Policy
Version effective 19.10.2026.
01 / Controller
ReSystemati is an evidence-based health-protocol publication operated under that trade name. It decides how personal information collected through resystemati.com and the Weekly Dispatch newsletter (together, "the System") is used. In this Policy, an "Optimizer" is any individual who uses the System. Contact: support@resystemati.com.
02 / Data Inventory
The table below lists every category of personal information the System processes.
| Category | Examples | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact | Email address | Send the Weekly Dispatch | Until unsubscribe + suppression record |
| Correspondence | Questions, study suggestions | Reply and improve content | 18 months |
| Device and log | IP, browser, OS, timestamps | Security and debugging | 90 days |

The System does not collect health metrics, lab results, wearable data, body measurements or medical history.
03 / The Optimization Score Widget
The Optimization Score and pillar bars shown on the System are illustrative examples. They are not calculated from any data about the Optimizer, no inputs are requested, and nothing is stored.
04 / Lawful Bases
For Optimizers in the EEA or UK: consent (Dispatch and non-essential cookies), legitimate interests (security, analytics in aggregate, correspondence) and legal obligation (compliance).
05 / Processors
The System uses vetted processors for hosting, email delivery and analytics. Each is bound by a written agreement restricting use of personal information to providing its service, requiring confidentiality and security, and requiring assistance with rights requests.
06 / No Advertising
The System carries no advertising and uses no advertising cookies or pixels. Personal information is not sold, not shared for cross-context behavioural advertising and not used for profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
07 / Cookies and Analytics
Essential cookies keep the System working (for example the display-theme preference). An analytics tool measures aggregate usage; where consent is required, it is requested first. Browser settings allow cookies to be blocked.
08 / Security Controls
- TLS encryption for all traffic;
- multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts;
- least-privilege access to subscriber data;
- vendor security review before onboarding; and
- an incident-response procedure, including notification where required by law.
09 / Rights Request Procedure
9.1 Step 1 โ Submit
Email support@resystemati.com stating the right exercised (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, opt-out or withdrawal of consent) and the email address concerned.
9.2 Step 2 โ Verify
The System sends a confirmation message to that address. The request proceeds once confirmed.
9.3 Step 3 โ Respond
A response is provided within 30 days for GDPR requests and 45 days for U.S. state-law requests, extendable once where the law permits, with notice.
9.4 Step 4 โ Appeal
If a request is refused, the Optimizer may appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject. Appeals are answered within 45 days. Optimizers may also contact their state attorney general or data protection authority.
These rights extend to individuals in the EEA and UK and to residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy statutes (among them Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Connecticut, Colorado and California). Authorised agents may submit requests with signed permission.
10 / Children
The System is not directed to anyone under 18. Personal information known to belong to a minor is deleted.
11 / Change Log
Material changes to this Policy are recorded here with their effective date and announced in the Dispatch. Current version: 19.10.2026.
